About Me
I am is a self-taught Canadian artist who has always had a love for creating realistic art. My love of wildlife started at a very young age and I have continued to be enthralled by them, which has been the driving inspiration for my art. What better way than to combine my love for both by capturing these amazing animals in my paintings!
My favourite part of any of my pieces are the eyes. I'm all about the eyes! I feel the eyes are the window into the soul. I look for expression, personality and movement in my subjects so I can capture their essence using my attention to fine detail. I have started exploring pet portraiture, and have fallen in love with it! What better way to commemorate such an important part of your family
I uses a range of mediums across my art such as pastels, acrylics, and oil paints. I am always looking for new techniques to try!
